This Privacy Policy explains how Kaizen Advantage Inc. ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Shuriken Stats (the "Service"). We have designed the Service to collect as little personal data as possible.

The statistical and planning tools run entirely in your web browser. The data you type in, paste, or load from a file is processed on your own device and is not sent to our servers. When you save a project, it is saved to a file or to your browser's local storage that you control. Because we never receive this data, we cannot access, recover, or share it. Keeping your own backups of important project files is your responsibility.
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the Service. Each handles only the data needed for its function, under its own privacy terms:

We use only what is necessary to run the Service: an authentication session so you stay signed in, and your browser's local storage to hold your in-progress work on your device. Our analytics are cookieless. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep your account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Because your project data lives on your device, its retention is controlled entirely by you.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@shurikenstats.com. You can also delete your account, which removes the account data we hold (subject to records we must retain by law). If you are in a region with a supervisory authority, you have the right to lodge a complaint with it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and rely on the security practices of our providers (Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel), to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, they use recognized safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
